We're a little bit late in wishing you a Happy New Year but at least we've still done so in January! Much better than our Christmas greetings efforts; there are still some half written Christmas cards littering up our sideboard!

Before COVID, much of my (Anna) summers were spent up in the Scottish Highlands and islands, cooking for shooting and fishing parties, moving from one lodge to the next. Scotland has such a delicious offering of local and sustainable produce that I always feel spoilt when it comes to deciding on menus. On many of these private-chef gigs, almost all the meat, fish and seafood is locally sourced, and extremely fresh. Vegetables are picked from the garden that day and menus are designed around what’s ready to be picked; It’s one of my favourite things to do - have a gander at the veg patch, then think about supper! We won’t be driving to Scotland for the ingredients for this menu - we’ll be using @ellisonsbutchers for the meat (obvs!), @lishmans for the venison (cos Ellisons permit us to use a competitor for game) and @orangegrovesaltaire for fish and veggies. #supportlocal Check out the menu here online, discuss with your bubble, place your order by Jan 21st Delivered on Saturday 23rd January between 2-5pm.
