Aubergine & Cauliflower Tagine
A slow-cooked stew of vegetables (aubergine, cauliflower, butternut squash, peppers) with chickpeas and prunes, in a flavourful cumin and coriander sauce. Our take on a traditional Moroccan dish will have you thinking of Arabian nights.
Delicious with rice or couscous!
Allergens: celery, sulphites
Produced in a kitchen where all allergens may be present
Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat for 2-4 mins @ full power
Oven: Can be heated in the foil tray or placed in a ovenproof dish. Heat for 15-20 mins @ 180?C
Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Defrost using defrost setting, then follow 'heat from thawed' instructions above
Oven: Place in an ovenproof dish, then heat for 30-40 mins @ 180?C
Solo and smaller-sized portions may require reduced heating times.
