Butternut Squash & Coconut Curry

Packed full of nourishing ingredients, this curry combines chunks of butternut squash with spinach, peppers and chickpeas.

Cooked in creamy coconut milk and flavoured with a blend of chilli, cumin turmeric and a dash of cinnamon, then finished with a squeeze of lime. 

 

We love it as an easy meal served in a bowl with a pita or naan bread!

Produced in a kitchen where all allergens may be present

  • Cooking Instructions:

    From thawed

    Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat for 2-4 mins @ full power

    Oven: Can be heated in the foil tray or placed in a ovenproof dish. Heat for 15-20 mins @ 180?C

     

    From frozen

    Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Defrost using defrost setting, then follow 'heat from thawed' instructions above

    Oven: Place in an ovenproof dish, then heat for 30-40 mins @ 180?C

     

    Solo and smaller-sized portions may require reduced heating times.

     

    Appliances may vary - please refer to your manufacturer's guidelines.

  • Storage Instructions:

    Grub Tubs will keep for up to 3 months in your freezer.

    Consume within 48hrs of defrosting.
