    Moroccan Lamb Tagine with Butternut Squash, Kale, Broad Beans, Apricots & Almonds This hearty and healthy stew is perfect to share with your friends and family. Goes well with cous cous or wild rice.

     

    Allergens: NUTS (almonds), celery, sulphites.

     

    Produced in a kitchen where all allergens may be present.

    • Cooking Instructions:

      From thawed

      Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat for 2-4 mins @ full power

      Oven: Can be heated in the foil tray or placed in a ovenproof dish. Heat for 15-20 mins @ 180?C

       

      From frozen

      Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Defrost using defrost setting, then follow 'heat from thawed' instructions above

      Oven: Place in an ovenproof dish, then heat for 30-40 mins @ 180?C

       

      Solo and smaller-sized portions may require reduced heating times.

       

      Appliances may vary - please refer to your manufacturer's guidelines.

    • Storage Instructions:

      Grub Tubs will keep for up to 3 months in your freezer.

      Consume within 48hrs of defrosting.
