Thai Green Chicken Curry
Fragrant and creamy dish with chicken and green beans and chillis, slowly cooked in coconut milk to develop the flavours. Allergens: shellfish (shrimp), sulphites, fish (fish sauce). Produced in a kitchen where all allergens are present.
Cooking Instructions:
From thawed
Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat for 2-4 mins @ full power
Oven: Can be heated in the foil tray or placed in a ovenproof dish. Heat for 15-20 mins @ 180?C
From frozen
Microwave: Remove from foil tray and place on a microwave safe plate. Defrost using defrost setting, then follow 'heat from thawed' instructions above
Oven: Place in an ovenproof dish, then heat for 30-40 mins @ 180?C
Solo and smaller-sized portions may require reduced heating times.

Storage Instructions:
