We hired Caterpillar for the Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture closing event crew catering and they were nothing short of brilliant. As you can imagine it was a huge operation with loads of mouths to feed, but nothing we threw at the team was too much. We had them feeding hundreds of people lunch and dinner every day for a week. While doing this they also had about 3 other jobs on the go but somehow managed to turn up everyday on time, with a smile on their face and laden with hearty nutritious food for the crew. Absolute grafters. The selection was amazing and actually healthy which is a nice change from the usual beige slop you might expect from mass crew catering. Despite it being healthy they also know the importance of a sweet treat when you're on the move - shout out to the cherry shortbread and Oreo cheesecake!!! “I always find, catering large film sets really stressful and options have previously been limited. Discovering Caterpillar Catering has changed the game. Anna and the team were so friendly, helpful and warm. The catering options were excellent and Anna put together a wonderfully diverse menu across three days, that catered to everyone's dietary needs and preferences. The cast and crew were so happy and I received so much praise for booking them. This is catering like no other, can't thank the team enough, they went above and beyond! The only option for healthy, tasty, on-set food.”

“We hired Caterpillar Catering for our BBC Comedy short film in Bradford and they were incredible. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, including amazing vegan options, beautiful salads and insane cakes but they also did special kid-friendly meals for our younger cast. They put on such an epic spread, laying out food in a really inviting display for our hardworking crew and always serving with a friendly relaxed manner. We had some last minute changes to arrangements including asking for breakfast to be supplied to crew the following day at 11pm the night before, Anna and her team dealt with these requests with such patience making our job as Producers much easier. I couldn't recommend Caterpillar highly enough and will definitely be booking them again for future shoots!”
